FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE WHO ARE EXPERIENCING DRUG ADDICTION BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDING TOWARDS THE COSTS OF RESIDENTIAL DRUG REHABILITATION PROGRAMMES IN GREATER LONDON, FOR RECIPIENTS WHO WOULD BE OTHERWISE UNABLE TO AFFORD TO ATTEND.
