A TO PROVIDE, CAUSE TO BE PROVIDED OR ASSIST IN PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE TREATMENT, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND WELFARE OF SUFFERERS FROM CEREBRAL PALSY AND ITS ALLIED CONDITIONS AND B TO MAKE GRANTS IN RELIEF OF POVERTY TO SUFFERERS FROM CEREBRAL PALSY, THEIR PARENTS AND THOSE CARING FOR THEM.
