Denmead War Memorial Hall is offered as a village hall for the religious, social, moral and physical well being of the inhabitants of the Parish of Denmead in the county of Hampshire and the surrounding district by the provisions of facilities for social and physical recreation and for such other charitable purposes for their benefit as shall from time to time be agreed upon by the Committee.
