Charitable objects
(1) THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS, WHEREVER THEY MAY LIVE.
(2) THE TRUSTEES MAY RELIEVE CHILDREN IN NEED BY:
(A) MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY; OR
(B) PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES FOR THEM; OR
(C) MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO OTHER PERSONS OR BODIES WHO PROVIDE GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES FOR THOSE IN NEED.
(3) THE TRUSTEES MAY ALSO PAY THE EXPENSES OF PARENTS OR OTHERS WHO NEED TO ACCOMPANY THEIR CHILDREN
