(B) TO EDUCATE AND INFORM THE PUBLIC, GOVERNMENTS AND, IN PARTICULAR, THOSE WITHIN THE LEGAL COMMUNITY, ABOUT ISSUES CONCERNING POVERTY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND THE RELIEF THEREOF.
