Review of FPM Constitution initially suggested re-registration as an incorporated charitable company, but action was postponed in order to examine alternative of Incorporated Charitable Organisation (ICO). 2. Delays in introduction of ICO have caused FPM to revert to action to implement incorporated charitable company.
