Provide help and support, promote social inclusion, independence and a better quality of home life to the elderly and those of poor mental health, limited finances, failing health or reduced mobility living in South Brent & district.
Help is provided by carefully selected, trained & fully supported volunteers & includes: befriending, transport, carer support, gardening, shopping & signposting.
