(1) TO RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND THE DISTRESS ARISING THEREFROM OF SOMALI PERSONS IN SHEFFIELD AND DISTRICTS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL ILLNESS OR MENTAL INCAPACITY, IN PARTICULAR BY ASSISTING SUCH PERSONS TO OBTAIN FULL RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS CITIZENS (2) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES FOR SOMALI PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL ILLNESS OR MENTAL INCAPACITY IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT (3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL MATTERS OF HEALTH ISSUES FOR SOMALI PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL ILLNESS OR MENTAL INCAPACITY IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT
