IF AND SO FAR AS THE SAID INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED AS AFORESAID THEN FOR PERSONS DEPENDANTS WIDOWS OR ORPHANS HAVING THE SAME QUALIFICATIONS AS AFORESAID AND WHO HAVE SERVED IN THE 4TH/7TH DRAGOON GUARDS.
