Activities - how the charity spends its money
We are a national self-help organisation who promote mutual support between individuals affected by or at risk from depression, with the aim of encouraging self-help, recovery and personal growth. We publish up to 6 newsletters each year to our members, and we have a pen-friend scheme, an internet chat forum and we hold regular Zoom meetings for members only.
