FOR THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE SICK OR INFIRM, AGED OR POOR AND FOR THE PROVISION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF MEMBERS OF THE BENEFICIARY CLASS WHO HAVE NEED OF THESE FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT OR POVERTY WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
