For a Child's Smile raises funds for children living in poverty in Cambodia. It's main centre of operation is in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This centre, which was created in 1996, houses, educates and provides vocational training for over 1,000 Cambodian children. The centre also funds a number of external local schools in order to improve the quality of education and increase the number of pupils.

- THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF CHILDREN LIVING IN CAMBODIA BY PROVIDING SUCH CHILDREN WITH FOOD, SHELTER AND HEALTH SERVICES WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS. -THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY, OF CHILDREN LIVING IN CAMBODIA BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY FOR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES. - THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHILDREN LIVING IN CAMBODIA BY EDUCATING THEM IN SUCH WAYS WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT. - TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS IN CAMBODIA BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION IN LOCAL PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN CAMBODIA OR AT THE CENTRE OF REMEDIAL CLASSES OR AT THE VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE LOCATED IN PHNOM PEHN
