2. THE FOSTERING, PROMOTION AND EXPANSION OF THE INTEREST OF THE PUBLIC IN ART, CRAFT, DESIGN AND ARTISAN SKILLS, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THOSE PERTAINING TO GOLDSMITHING.
