TO PROVIDE RELIEF FROM POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONGST HOMELESS PEOPLE, REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS, MIGRANT WORKERS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS LIVING IN NOTTINGHAMSHIRE AND IN PARTICULAR THE ASHFIELD DISTRICT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EYE EXAMINATIONS AND SPECTACLES WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS VIA DEDICATED CLINICS
