WINCHESTER STREET REACH PROVIDES DETACHED YOUTH WORK IN WINCHESTER CITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS TO YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 12 -24 YEARS WHO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ANY OTHER YOUTH PROVISIONS. THE PROJECT ALSO OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES WHICH ARE DESIGNED TO BE PARTICIPATIVE, CHALLENGING AND EMPOWERING.
