HoTCA is a members organization which operates a Community Centre, Members operate sections of common interest, currently for art, making music, ballroom dancing, Bridge, indoor bowls and table tennis, crafts and model railways. The centre is used by hirers,a nursery, hosts a councilors surgery and a CAB. The large hall is used for concerts and exhibitions etc.. HoTCA organizes the local carnival.
