WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FORGOING TO ASSIST IN THE EXTENSION, EQUIPPING AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE FACILITIES RELATING TO THE NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT AT ARROWEPARK HOSPITAL, WIRRAL, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A STATE OF THE ART 21ST CENTURY FACILITY; 2. ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE WHICH SHALL BE SELECTED BY THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME.
