WOMEN OF WOOLTON'S WOMEN'S INSTITUTE IS A LOCAL BRANCH OF THE NATIONAL FEDERATION OF WOMEN'S INSTITUTES. THE AIM IS TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF WOMEN, PROVIDE SOCIAL AND CRAFT ACTIVITIES AND GET INVOLVED IN LOCAL EVENTS. THE MEETINGS TAKE PLACE MONTHLY, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF AUGUST, AND USUALLY COMMENCE WITH A SPEAKER CHOSEN FROM A WIDE RANGE OF SUBJECT MATTER.
