To improve for the benefit of the public the route of the old Penrhys Pilgrimage from Llandaff to Penrhys, encouraging use of the path by waymarking, planting and incorporating public art; To advance education of the public in the conservation, preservation and enhancement of the natural and cultural environment to enhance their health, well-being, knowledge and skills.
