THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, ECONOMIC OR SOCIAL DISADVANTAGE IN VILLAGE COMMUNITIES IN SUCH PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE BY THE PROVISION OF ARCHITECTURAL, CONSTRUCTION, ENGINEERING AND RELATED TECHNICAL SERVICES, OR SUCH OTHER MEANS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED, WITH THE AIM OF PROVIDING CLEAN AND SAFE WATER SUPPLIES, DRAINAGE, SANITATION, ELECTRIC ENERGY SYSTEMS, HOUSING, HOSPITALS, SCHOOLS, PLACES OF WORSHIP, COMMUNITY FACILITIES AND APPROPRIATE TRAINING IN CONNECTION WITH THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SAME, OR ANY OTHER FACILITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS AND/OR PROVIDING ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO BE SELF-SUFFICIENT.
