Echoes Charity provides free online groups, workshops, an information hub and a creative corner, where members of the public can access support with mental health issues or disability. All workshops and groups are written and run by qualified counsellors and psychotherapists and provide a non-judgemental safe space to work through difficulties and to learn effective coping tools and strategies.
