THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION AND TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL MENTAL CULTURAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING OF DEAF OR PARTIALLY DEAF PERSONS BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF THEIR EDUCATION AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR SUCH DEAF OR PARTIALLY DEAF PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED THEREOF BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE
