(2)IF AND INSOFAR AS INCOME IN ANY YEAR IS NOT APPLICABLE IN MANNER AFORESAID THE SAME MAY BE APPLIED IN OR TOWARDS THE UPKEEP AND REPAIR OF THE FABRIC OF ANY CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND THE MAINTENANCE OF SERVICES THEREIN.
