TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF NEWTOWN AND DISTRICT AND IN PARTICULAR:
A. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION.
B. TO RELIEVE POVERTY SICKNESS AND DISTRESS.
C. TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT HEALTH.
D. TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION.
