TO PROMOTE THE ART OF FLUTE PLAYING BY PROVIDING BURSARIES FOR FLUTE PLAYERS AGED BETWEEN 15 AND 24 OF POTENTIALLY PROFESSIONAL STANDARD, TO ATTEND THE OXFORD FLUTE SUMMER SCHOOL IF THEY CANNOT AFFORD AND ARE UNABLE TO OBTAIN FROM ANY OTHER SOURCE, THE FUNDS TO DO SO.
