Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES MAY SET APART AND LET IN ALLOTMENTS ANY PORTION OF THE LAND BELONGING TO THE CHARITY. ALL LAND NOT REQUIRED FOR THAT PURPOSE TO BE LET AND INCOME FROM BOTH TO BE USED FOR MENDING AND REPAIRING THE PUBLIC ROADS, DRAINS AND WATERCOURSES IN THE PARISH OR OTHER WORK OF PUBLIC AND GENERAL ADVANTAGE IN THE SAID PARISH.
