Charitable objects

1. TO RELIEVE, EITHER BY DONATIONS OR OTHERWISE, THE NECESSITOUS MEMBERS OF THE GUILD, THEIR WIVES, CHILDREN OR RELATIVES, AND 2. IF THE FUNDS IN THE HANDS OF THE GUILD PERMIT, TO EXTEND THE BENEFITS THEREOF TO OTHER NECESSITOUS MEMBERS OF THE TRADE (IE THE LIVERPOOL PROVISION TRADE), THEIR WIVES, WIDOWS, CHILDREN OR RELATIVES.
