(B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC, CHURCHES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS CONCERNING THE NATURE OF MARITAL PROBLEMS AND THE PROVISION OF AN EDUCATIONAL SERVCIE FOR MARRIAGE AND PREPARATION AND MARRIAGE MAINTENANCE.
