TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF PEACE. C. TO PROMOTE HUMAN RIGHTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY WAY OF ANY CHARITABLE MEANS WHICH THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE.
