TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE VOLUNTARY AND STATUTORY SECTOR AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT ALL MATTERS RELATING TO DRUG ABUSE AND ADDICTION BY THE PROVISION OF TALKS.
