Charitable objects

TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO LIVE WITHIN THE DISTRICT OF DOVER AND WHO HAVE THE UNPAID RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY HELP, CARE AND SUPPORT OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN WITH EITHER A PHYSICAL OR LEARNING DISABILITY, OR OLDER PEOPLE AND THE ELDERLY WITH MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS, BY THE PROVISION OF EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT, ADVOCACY, COUNSELLING, AND INFORMATION ON ALL ISSUES RELATING TO THE CARER; AND TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING FOR CARERS AND BY RAISING AWARENESS CONCERNING CARING AMONGST STATUTORY AND VOLUNTARY AGENCIES AND THE PUBLIC.
