TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE LIFE AND WORKS OF REV. FRANCIS KILVERT THROUGH THE PUBLICATION OF A JOURNAL. OCCASIONAL PAPERS AND BOOKLETS AND THE MAINTENANCE OF ARCHIVE MATERIAL AND, BY SO DOING, FOSTER AN INTEREST IN HIS WORK, HIS DIARY AND THE COUNTRYSIDE HE LOVED.
