TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITHIN EAST AFRICA BY PROVIDING PLAYGROUNDS, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE THROUGH PROVIDING IMPORTANT SPACES FOR CHILDREN TO ENGAGE IN PLAY AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES; AND TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF RURAL COMMUNITIES IN EAST AFRICA BY THE PROVISION OF ELECTRICITY GENERATING EQUIPMENT AND SAFE-DRINKING WATER.
