TO ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS IN THE WIDEST ASPECTS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING APPROPRIATE TO THE SAID INDUSTRY AND TO USE THE FUND AS A MECHANISM FOR ATTRACTING FUNDING TO SUPPORT THE AFOREMENTIONED AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
