TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF OLDER AND DISABLED PEOPLE PRIMARILY IN THE WEST END OF NEWCASTLE BY PROVIDING ADVICE, ASSISTANCE AND CARE WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY AND AS ACTIVE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY AND OTHER ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY.
