(1) TO ADVANCE AND ENCOURAGE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE (BETWEEN THE AGES OF 8 AND 23) IN THE THEORY, PRACTICE AND PERFORMANCE OF MUSIC BY PROVIDING ANY OF THE FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND HUMAN RESOURCES WHICH ARE NECESSARY TO THIS OBJECT. (2) TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS.
