TO ENCOURAGE BETTER STANDARDS OF DRIVING AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF ROAD SAFETY TO PUBLICISE THE INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED MOTORISTS LIMITED AND ITS WORK IN ROCHDALE OLDHAM AND SURROUNDING DISTRICTS AND TO ENCOURAGE MOTORISTS TO TAKE THE ADVANCED DRIVING TEST AND TO BECOME MEMBERS OF THE INSTITUTE.
