TO MAKE GRANTS TO ELDERLY MEMBERS OR REGULAR ATTENDERS OF THE RELIGIOUS SOCIETY OF FRIENDS WHO ARE IN NEED OF ACCOMODATION IN RESIDENTIAL HOMES BUT ARE UNABLE TO MEET IN PART OR IN FULL THE CHARGES FOR SUCH ACCOMODATION OVER AND ABOVE THOSE MET FROM PUBLIC AND OTHER FUNDS. OR TO PROVIDE NURSING AND OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS TO ENABLE THEM TO STAY IN THEIR OWN OR USUAL HOME.
