TO PROVIDE FOR AN ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP TO BE KNOWN AS`THE ALAN SNUDDEN SCHOLARSHIP' TO BE AWARDED BY THE TRUSTEE (IN CONSULTATION WITH THE SETTLOR OR HER FAMILY) TO A YOUNG PERSON OR PERSONS (WHETHER FROM AN ENGINEERING,FLIGHT OPERATIONS OR PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND) ENTERING OR ALREADY ENGAGED IN THE AIR TRANSPORT OPERATING INDUSTRY, AND OTHERWISE FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR INSTITUTIONS AS TRUSTEE IN ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINKS FIT.
