ALSO, TO HELP ESPECIALLY PROMISING YOUNGER INSTRUMENTALISTS FOR WHOM FEE-PAYING IS A HARDSHIP BY WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY TO REACH THE STANDARD REQUIRED TO ENTER ESTABLISHED MUSICAL COLLEGES.
