Charitable objects
1. TO COMMEMORATE IN PERPETUITY ALL NATIONAL SERVICES OF WHATEVER KIND RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH THE GREAT WAR 1914 TO 1918 BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF OLDBURY-UPON-SEVERN IN THE COUNTY OF GLOUCESTER 2. TO MAINTAIN IN PERPETUITY A BRASS TABLET IN THE PARISH CHURCH OF OLDBURY-UPON-SEVERN TO THE MEMORY OF THE FALLEN 3. TO MAINTAIN IN PERPETUITY THE MEMORIAL HALL OR CLUB ROOM AND ANY ADDITION THERETO FOR THE FREE AND GRATUITOUS USE OF FORMER MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE CROWN RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF OLDBURY-UPON-SEVERN OR WITHIN A DISTANCE OF ONE MILE THERE FROM AND OF SUCH OTHER PERSONS SO RESIDENT OR SOJOURNING AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPROVE AND FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH AND AREA AFORSAID AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT BUT FOR NO OTHER PURPOSE
