TO RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS OR DISTRESS OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION OF A COUNSELLING SERVICE AND PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IM PROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
