A CHARITABLE FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH BUILDING AND ALSO FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING A STIPEND FOR THE PRIEST FOR THE TIME BEING OFFICIATING AT THE CHURCH AND OTHERWISE IN MANNER HEREINAFTER APPEARING.
