Charitable objects

1. FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF MAKER WITH RAME FOR WHICH PROVISION IS NOT MADE OUT OF RATES, TAXES OR OTHER PUBLIC FUNDS. 2. SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE COMMISSIONERS THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE WHOLE OR PART OF THE CAPITAL ENDOWMENTS OF THE CHARITY AT ANY TIME IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING PROPERTY TO BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR USE AS A PARISH HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
