ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LESS THAN 60 YEARS OF AGE OR ARE PERMANENTLY PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF MILDENHALL AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT. PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO THOSE SO QUALIFIED WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.
