FOR THE RELIEF OF POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF DEBDEN EITHER IN GIFTS IN KIND OR GRANTS OF MONEY WHICH MAY INCLUDE GRANTS TO ANY ALMSHOUSE OR OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTION ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID.
