FOR THE UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF THE BURIAL GROUND AND, SUBJECT THERETO, FOR THE BENEFIT AND PROMOTION OF VILLAGE PREACHING OR PROMOTION OF SCHOOLS IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF MALDON OR ELSEWHERE IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX UPON THE PRINCIPLES AND PROFESSION OF INDEPENDENT AND CONGREGATIONAL CHURCHES AMONGST DISSENTERS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES.
