1) TO SUPPORT THE PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR DEAF PEOPLE IN THE BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT 2) TO PROVIDE SUITABLE AND ADEQUATE PREMISES FOR THE SOCIAL, RECREATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF DEAF PEOPLE IN THAT DISTRICT 3) TO PROVIDE A PLACE OF WORSHIP IN WHICH SERVICES MAY BE SPECIALLY ADAPTED FOR ALL DEAF PEOPLE
