FOR GRANTING RELIEF IN THE FORM OF ANNUITIES TO WIDOWS AND SPINSTERS OF THE AGE OF 45 YEARS AND OVER WHO ARE OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER, AND WHO FOR 5 YEARS PRIOR TO THE APPLICATION FOR BENEFIT SHALL HAVE BEEN AND AT THE TIME OF ELECTION SHALL BE RESIDING WITHIN THE CITY OF SHEFFIELD OR WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP AND CHAPELRY OF BRADFIELD.
