IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR PAYING A MOLECATCHER THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT TOWNSHIP OF OLD HUTTON WITH HOLMESCALES FOR WHICH PROVISION IS NOT MADE OUT OF THE RATES, TAXES OR OTHER PUBLIC FUNDS.
